How to use Bellini wholesale store

Bellini wholesale store (www.belliniborse.com) is for collecting wholesale orders for our leather goods. At checkout you will NOT be asked for payment. When you checkout we simply receive your order and confirm it by email with availability for stock items and manufacturing leadtimes for made to order items. We will also provide an estimate for shipping cost to your address. Once you confirm order we will send you a proforma invoice with payment instructions.

Ordering

1) Simply browse Bellini wholesale store and add items of interest to the shopping cart. NOTE: If quantity in “add to cart” window shows “1” it means that at least one pice of the selected colour is available in stock. If instead it shows “10” it means that that colour is out of stock, so at least 10pcs must be ordered to be manufactured.

2) Go to checkout. You will NOT be asked to pay.

3) Once checkout is completed, your order will be sent to us and we will get back to you by email to confirm it. If you prefer, you can just place your order by email

Pricing

Pricing for same item in different materials may be different and it will be indicated in the online shop. Prices indicated are without VAT.
22% VAT will be added to the listed prices if you are an EU business without a VAT number.

Minimum order quantity

THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER WHEN BUYING PRODUCTS IN STOCK.

Products in stock are listed in the “Ready to Ship” category of this website. Inventory of products in stock shifts daily. Minimum for manufacturing orders (products not in stock or products with your brand name inside) is 10 pcs per style per colour, 50 pcs total (you can mix styles and colours to reach the minimum of 50pcs).
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a proforma invoice with payment instructions. For goods Ready to Ship 100% payment will be asked prior to shipping. For goods to be manufactured we ask a 50% deposit and balance when goods are Ready to Ship. Standard payment is by T/T bank transfer. For amounts up to Euro 5,000 credit card may be used through PayPal. To expedite release of goods for shipping we ask to email us a receipt of the bank transfer as a matter of course.

Prices indicated in wholesale store are EXW Florence, Italy. Prices are in Euros. Prices DO NOT include VAT nor shipping costs. In order to make adjustments for the costs of raw materials and labour costs, Bellini reserves the right to change prices in their catalogs without notice. Product specs are those indicated in each product page, however, due to our manufacturing being assigned to various factories in Italy in order to optimize capacity and speed, minor differences may be present between product page and delivered product. This normally refers to tiny details such as zipper grade or type of stitching thread, not dimensions, colour and other main specs.

Samples

if you require to see samples before placing large orders, you can buy samples from Ready to Ship products. You can even buy 1 pc per style per colour. We recommend 15-20 pcs to have a good variety.
Please visit the “Ready to Ship” section of our online catalog to see availability. Just send us list by email of desired samples. We wil verify in stock availability and confirm with proforma invoice. Single or double samples are sold at MSRP price, because of the handling and paperwork required. But we will give you back the difference between retail and wholesale price when you will place your first wholesale order. You can buy samples at wholesale price if you purchase more than two. See details above under “Ordering”.

Returns & Replacements

Our Made in Italy goods have less than 0.3% quality control problems. In the unlikely event that some items are received damaged, defective or faulty, please let us know within one week from receiving the goods along with photos of the problem. Depending on the nature and extent of the problem we will either replace, refund, credit item and find a solution. Solution for wholesale purchases is best agreed on a case by case basis.

In any case, the return of faulty items and the means of shipping them back must be agreed upon in advance. Items returned as defective by your customers must be closely scrutinized by you and Bellini in order to insure that the alleged defect is not simply the result of normal wear and tear, abuse or carelessness, improper use.

Items returned by your customers for reasons other than technical defects (such as the right to return merchandise allowed by consumer law in many countries) will not be refunded by Bellini.

hardware parts
A dustbag with the Bellini brand logo is included with each bag if you order with Bellini logo. (if you are doing private label then dustbags with your logo can be ordered separately).

The bags are shipped in cartons usually measuring 63 x 70 x 50 cm. On average one carton holds fifteen to twenty bags and weighs about 25 Kg. Bags cannot be packed tighlty or their shape can be damaged, hence their volume is more important than weight for freight estimates. Brand history BELLINI
